[IMail Forum] IMail v.7.05 web messaging login failures

Why is it that a few of my clients can use the interface

http://mail.norlink.net (my MAIN web messaging interface)

using [EMAIL PROTECTED] as the login

and they can't login to

I ran the convert.exe after I upgraded - I am running 7.05 now.

Now, here is the kicker. They CAN login to

http://theirhosteddomain.com:8383 IF they use the IP address of their domain

For example,

I can't figure this out for the life of me.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
