How do you make it so the Web Messaging address list is your Aliases.txt
file?
Were should this file be located?

I don't know of any direct meathod unless you want to write a quick routine
using your favorite utility/language.

I've done this in the past.

Export your Outlook address book to a .CSV file, then using a combination of
Excel and a text editor, format each line to look like the following:
firstname lastname,<email address>

The last thing you might want to do is to use the text editor to remove all
quotation marks before saving the final product to aliases.txt.
