Thanks. I checked and my files don't match.

iwebmsg.exe is 01/14/02
imailapi.dll is 11/30/01
imail1.exe is 01/10/02

This means that the install program is aborting. The setup starts, I can
see the files being copied to a temporary location, and then nothing. Not
even in the Task Manager. Any ideas. I always do a fresh reboot before
installs to make sure files are not locked. All Imail services are disabled
during the upgrade procedure.

Thanks,

Tom

completed or terminated. Is there a way to check .exe files for versions
by date or size? Which files to check?

7.05 HF2 will leave iwebmsg.exe, imailapi.dll, and imail1.exe with mod
dates > 1/18/02. Make sure you stop web messaging prior to running the
patch.
