[IMail Forum] Web Messaging Still crashes 10 to 20 times per day

We are running Imail 7.05 HF2 and web messaging continually crashes. We have had this problem for along time now and because of some previous post about this topic I have changed from Human Kind Classic templates back to the regular imail templates that are shipped with Imail and this DID NOT HELP AT ALL. Web Messaging is screwed. It has crashed over 5 times since I activated these new templates about three hors ago. This is so frustatting. I have been through the knowledge base, called for support and nothing. They want to tell us that it is our server setup that we have going but i don't see why. The CPU avergaes about 30% when the server is running propelry then boom, it goes up to 100% and we can't stop the service and it has totally crashed. After this the service doesn't respond for 4 minutes, NT shuts it down and we can restart it. The total time Imail is down is about 60 minutes/day. This is totally unaaceptable. They need to release a new hotfix dedicated solely to Web Messaging.  If there are this many people complaining that web messaging is crashing it has to be a problem with the product, not the server. Our server is way more powerful than it needs to be.
