Actually, there are very few spam databases that would list your domain 
(although there are a few).  Most list the IP address of your mailserver.

Also note that people can't just add you to the spam databases on a whim -- 
usually you need to either be an open relay (offering free mail service to 
spammers) or sending spam to get listed.
