I know it's broke in 7.05 so it was probably broken then as well. Call and complain to Ipswitch as I do not think it has been fixed in either of the hotfixes for 7.05 either... at least it's not in the list of items fixed for either hotfix.
hopefully they'll fix it soon as it causes problems for us as well...
