[IMail Forum] IMAP Performance

I've moved from an Exchange environment to an IMail environment.  I find the IMAP performance to be drasticially different.  On the Exchange box, downloading headers on a 1500-message folder was prety quick, and if the folder was 25 MB, it was awful quick over the 100MB link.   I am using the same test folder on the IMail system and am finding the headers are coming down at about 1 per second.   Is there something I should be checking or watching for?   Thanks!   Jeff
