You do not need to understand it. The only time you would need to
understand that line would be if you were developing your own DNS-based
blacklist for other people to use, or if there was a new blacklist that you
wanted to add without our assistance. :)
But, in case you are curious, it is nearly identical to the one that comes
in the default config files to define the RBL test. It just means that it
is an "ip4r" type test (the standard type of DNS-based spam test for
checking an IP address), that uses the "rbl.maps.vix.com" zone, and that it
returns 127.0.0.2 if spam is detected. There's no need to know any of
that, though. Declude just has it in a config file so that it isn't
hard-coded, and you can make changes if you need to.
