I'm trying to help a customer.  He's running WinME, OL2k, BlackIce Defender
and Norton AntiVirus on a Cox Cable connection.  Not sure what platform the
e-mail host is running or what version of Imail.  He was running OE, but at
the e-mail hosts request it was changed to OL2k.

The guy is leaving e-mails on the server. Starting last week, he went to
connect to get his e-mails (POP3) and all 14k of them downloaded.  The
e-mail host tried to duplicate the problem from within or outside their own
network, and it seemed to work fine.  Yesterday I went to the guy's house,
we created a new inbox, and downloaded all 14k again.  I do not know why all
14k were "available" to download again given the tests run by the e-mail
host. A few hours later, it started to download all 14k again.

Anybody have an idea?
