My little opinion on this and remember i am saying opinion which is based on all I have heard from talking to people with microsoft and other vendors. the 10 concurrent limit is in effect on NT workstation , 200 pro and xp pro. This applies to the operating system and all MS services running on the machine. Any 3rd party services are not covered by this. Since IMail technically uses all of it's own services it is not covered by the EULA of MS. I have heard the argument that smtp needs tcp/ip so MS can regulate it but I have had no one at MS that could actually point out to me that tcp/ip itself is covered under the agreement after all MS does not own the copyright to TCP/IP. Again I could not find anyone to substantiate this with documentation and I find that if MS people can't substantiate that it is a violation of the EULA then it must not be a violation
