I think you will need to manually create the table.  You also need to make
sure you're using the correct names and data types.  See the link below for
further info.

I'm having a horrible time setting a host with an external database.  Here's
what I did:

I created a blank DB.
Setup a DSN
Created a host in Imail
Configued the host with DSN name, username/password to SQL, and used the
default table name.

I assumed Imail would create a table titled "domain_com" with all the
appropriate fields, but it doesn't.  I also tried to create the table and
add all the fields.

I'm at my end, does anyone know any tricks or things I may be missing?
