[IMail Forum] Sending a message to all accounts all domains

Here is the challenge. Is there a way to send one message to all mailboxes/aliases of all domains in an Imail Server. Case: I need to send a message to all  my users, all domains, telling them about new email policies, features, etc. Is there a way to do it without sending it by hand to each mail box under each domain?   thanks for reading this post.
