Scott, Thanks for that info, It didn't say what tests it had failed to put me on the relay and when I did thier test of telneting into thier domain on port 2500 it passed all thier tests so that's why I made the comment I was making. I am also trying to get information on the pop-before-smtp process that IMGate can do. I am just not very "FREEBSD" knowledgeable so I am looking for a few sites that I can do more research on how to make this happen. If you or anyone else on the list knows more information on how to set up the IMGate solution I would welcome it

Which will cost more, to teach customers how to use SMTP AUTH, or to deal with a spammer who blocks all E-mail access for 12+ hours, causes lots more mail to get blocked as you get added to the "hard time" spam lists, forces you to deal with getting out of all the anti-spam databases, responding to people who received the spam (after all, you've forced the spam to use an address on your domain, making it easy for the spamees to contact you), and dealing with customers of yours whose mail can no longer be delivered. And, to get out of those spam databases, you'll have to close your relay anyways.
