We have clients sending 10 meg files through, however we have also offered a public FTP area within their site for a small monthly fee so that their customers can upload/download as needed. The WS-FTP server is great if you need to have multiple users with multiple logins for FTP privs. This seems to make the client happier as they can put up any size file they need to have the client or themselves download. This mainly effects the printing company, accounting and engineering firms we host.

Nothing shown in knowledge base. Trying to tell client to take it or leave it is not good...he will just move on to ISP that does not care what limit is... But anything that big is inappropriate for e-mail. I would strongly encourage such users to find other means, such as secure FTP (offered by Ipswitch's WS-FTP, just as a non-affiliated plug).
