The Hostname changed from Server1.Domain.com to the Intranet domain name which is definitely not the domain name.

We have had this happen when we upgraded to 7.05 also. When upgraded to 7.06 our hostname changed. That can cause a problem specially if you are using DECLUDE since your hostname is part of your license.
