2 questions that I am not sure about... I ran a report on my mailserver
mail1.gemdealer.com at DNSStuff.com and I got the following response.

WARNING: One or more of your mailservers claims to be a host other than what
it really is (the SMTP greeting should be a 3-digit code, followed by a
space or a dash, then the host name). This probably won't cause any harm,
but is a technical violation of RFC821 4.3.

mail1.gemdealer.com claims to be a host called X1
(due to an IMail bug; contact Ipswitch to see if a fix is available).
I am not sure what to do with this information...or if I should simply
disregard it.

Also...It tells me that every domain should have an [EMAIL PROTECTED]
address. Is there a way to set up a global abuse@ account for all of the
domains on the server, or would I have to go into each domain....set up the
account......and then forward the account to a central server.
