Frank,
Did you setup a user account and then put a forward on that user
account? If so you will only see a user account. If you set it up as an
alias that forwards to another account (proper way to setup an automatic
forward) then you still would not see a forward account. If you are
trying to copy multiple people you can either use the alias with
multiple email addresses or you can use a user account (if you want that
user to have access to the web interface and calendar) and in the
forwarding section put in a ., before the first person you want to have
a copy of the email followed by a comma between each additional person
who gets a copy.

The only place I see a .fwd file is when someone has used the web mail
feature and has forwarded an email to someoneelse from there. It will be
called main.fwd.

nope, no .fwd. just .in .mbx .uid

 The database is the imail database. I emailed ipswitch last week but
haven't heard anything from them. Have to make a decision asap. Guess we
won't be buying Imail.
