[IMail Forum] Cannot View Messages

I have a user who can’t view her messages. Her mailboxes indicate there are messages, but she can’t click on the mailboxes to view them. I tried to view the messages using IMail Client on the server level, and while the account shows its mailboxes contain messages, I can’t get into the mailboxes (let alone their messages).
