Maybe your server is offended by the price of city living? :)

Okay,  this  rather  strange.  You're  saying  that these messages are
single-part pure-text messages (text/plain), not MIME messages, with a
couple  of listings per. The multiline delimiter is the word "LISTING"
followed  by  a  string  of  dots.  And  Imail  is  looking inside the
messages, chopping out information between the delimiters.

Are  these  messages generated by a very, very broken web application,
perchance?  Does  it  happen with everyday messages sent by a "normal"
MUA? And where's your Exchange Server in the mix?
