Anyone successfully made Imail Server integration with your existing
customer billing systems work?

The Imail features states:
ODBC (Open DataBase Connectivity) Support - IMail Server supports the
Windows NT/2000/XP user account database, its own database, or an ODBC
database. Using ODBC, users can be drawn from any external database that
supports ODBC (e.g. Access, SQL, or Oracle databases). This makes IMail
Server integration with your existing customer billing, student enrollment,
HR, or other systems a snap. When you add or delete users in from the
database, those changes are automatically reflected in IMail Server.

I've emialed support but there answer was this:
===Begin======
Sql commands do not work with Access db's. The command line option doesn't
work either...
        AND
I understand what you are trying to do, but, unfortunately, the snap is
broken! I apologize for the inconvenience, and I know it is frustrating.

The only options are to do it via imail administrator or delete them from
sql and manually delete the folders. I know this isn't what you want to
hear and I do apologize again for all the trouble.

Thanks!

Have a good day!! :)
