Brad, Here are the rules that I use: B~name=".*\.(bat|chm|cmd|com|exe|jse|lnk|pif|reg|scr|shs|vbs|wsf)":virus B~name=".*\.(bat|chm|cmd|com|exe|jse|lnk|pif|reg|scr|shs|vbs|wsf)\s":virus
I also have a "virus.fwd" file in each user's directory which contains: [EMAIL PROTECTED] This forwards messages matching the rules to a "virus" account. I look at the messages in the virus account frequently to see if there are any valid ones that got caught and pass them to the recipient. -Jeff At 01:09 AM 3/21/02, you wrote: >Would it be possible for someone to share their rules.ima file that >they've set-up to help reduce spam and viruses? > >Brad > > >_________________________________________________________________ >MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: >http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx > > >Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be >removed from this list. > >An Archive of this list is available at: >http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ > >Please visit the Knowledge Base for answers to frequently asked >questions: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
