I�m seeking for a possibilty to use the real user name (and also the email-address) of a list-subscriber (e.g. "Tom Tomson") in the email that is sent to the list. Example: "Dear (name of user) ! We are proud to annonce...... Best regards, IT-Company." There must be a variable to be used in the mail but I didn�t find any. How does this variable look ? Any ideas? Maybe third-party tools?
