The first thing you should do is find out why there is so much E-mail in 
the spool.  Do you have a spammer sending mail through your server?  Do you 
have a "mail loop" (mail going from IMail to another server, back to IMail, 
and so forth)?

Our Declude Queue (which is included in all the Declude products, including 
our free Declude Confirm) helps out in situations like this.  Rather than 
handling the E-mail in the spool one at a time, Declude Queue will use all 
available free SMTP processes to send out mail in the queue.
