I did try searching the log0418.txt, but it could not find it. Log is
set to Log Server.

The T file exists only while an E-mail is being received -- which
accounts 
for the D file growing.  That means that there is an E-mail that someone

started sending 1 1/2 hours ago, but it still hasn't been fully
transferred 
yet.

That's an awfully long time, so you might want to search the IMail SMTP
log 
file for the queue file name (minus the first character and extension)
to 
see where it is coming from and going to.
