We have a client that has set up a multilevel distribution system like the military uses. Seems to be the best idea I've seen lately for using list to distribute company info. Seems a good system, if you have any military vets (clerk type 1 each) ask them how the various distributions (dist CMD, dist A, dist A(+), dist B, etc or at least that's what the Army called them.) worked.
