Which brings up another issue -- should you send the virus notifications to 
the recipient if the virus originated from a local user?  For example, you 
have an employee that downloads a file with a virus from an FTP site, and 
gets infected.  Do you want all his contacts (that would have received a 
virus) knowing that the employee had a virus?  We have quite a few 
customers (mostly the business types, not ISPs) that only send the 
recipient notifications if the virus originated from outside their company.  :)
