I have my McAfee virus scan Internet Content Scanner block all the favourite ad sites, like doubleclick.net and any others that I can find. You wouldn't believe the number of sites I have now with frames and pictures with (Cannot be displayed) sections on them. That combined with blocking all 3rd party cookies should help prevent them from getting an authorization from me. I'd highly recommend this to everyone.
