We've been running iMail exclusively for some time and have never had any
trouble with it. Recently I upgraded to 7.07 from 7.06 and the trouble
began... I had to reboot the server 5-6 times a day due to the machine not
responding... I removed 7.07 and reverted back to 7.06. This seems to have
help "somewhat"... the machine now hangs 1-2 times a day...

The machine is a dual p3 450 with 512mb ram running win2k server sp2

The event logs says:
The IMail SMTP Server service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely
fashion.

AND:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the IMail SMTP Server service to
connect.

Has anyone had a similar problem with 7.07?

Is there an EASY way of getting rid of ALL traces of 7.07 and getting
7.06hf2 running back clean like it was before?

Like I said, we NEVER had ANY problems like this until the 7.07 patch

Thanx in advance...

/J
