That's going to help today, but not tomorrow. You *must* get that fixed;
you're probably already on one of the several spam lists now. Blocking the
one IP (or one IP range) will make it harder for that one spammer, but
others WILL find you.
Also, you should fix your backup mailserver -- it's rejecting all mail sent
to it (BTW, *everyone* should check their backup mailserver -- I'd guess
about 30% or so bounce all mail sent to 'em -- that's worse than having no
backup).
