Actually in my situation it is an X-RCPT-TO issue.  Thanks to goes to

Tolmachoff  for the workaround with declude.

Add the following line to your Global.cfg file:

XINHEADER X-X-RCPT-TO: %ALLRECIPS%

Add it under the other header lines before the tests.

Then have the 3rd party mail application scan for that header.
