We experienced an admin problem where we couldn't access users info via ADMIN after upgrade to 7.07.
I wrote to support for help. Among the symptoms I wrote about was "Admin version is 7.05 is that correct?" Not so obviously I thought this "might" be strange because it seems to me (and I could be wrong) that after some upgrades the admin version did Not change. 2 or 3 emails go back and forth. Support's answer to my problem is-- we must take this issue to developement as we have no solution now. Ha. Shame on me for using a shortcut to admin and not checking-- don't know why my shortcut still went to an old version after upgrade, but once we logged on as another user and we were saw Admin in fact was version 7.07 we "fixed" the problem. And. HaHa. Shame on imail support for something that should have been so obvious to them. I would really expect that they knew their product better. dk PS.
