The modem is an internal ActionTech PCI. The first time I tried to the
modem, W2K didnt recognize the port. Had to physically take the card out,
cleaned the contacts, re-installed it and then it installed clean. Didnt
have any problem with the software install. Running W2K on a Dell PowerEdge
500SC, 1GHZ of RAM, 2 60GHZ hard drives. Seems to work (the mail-to-fax)
pretty good.....I think the cover sheet is pretty clunky but other than that
no other issues.

I would be interested in your configuration as I haven't been able to get
the Fax software to talk tot he hardware. It won't even see the port the fax
is on to configure it. What kind of modem is it? Internal or external? etc
