Hello, I am running imail 6 and out of the blue a couple weeks ago web messenging started to crash. All other imail functions stay fine, its just web messenging that crashes, and this has been traced originally to one account, upon inspection there was nothing bad in the file, nothing that seemed to be/cause a problem, yet when the one user was in and checked some mail, the webmessenging went offline. Once account was turned off the problem went away. Now, 2-3 weeks later I am experiencing the same problem, that is again tracked to one user. Can anyone give me any oppinions on why/what could be happening to the webmessenging by these accounts that would crash only webmail, and only by a certain acount..
no errors reported in winNT's event viewer at all for this. its NT 4 with SP6, all i can find in the logs is simply the last person that was logged in before it crashes, and is the same person each time this problem has arrived. Webmail is running hksi standard templates and other then this has worked perfectly for well over a year.
