Will this send the mail to the end user as well as myself? I need more
of a copy instead of forward feature.

Inbound email is easy. Just go to the IMail server find that user
folder
an create a text file using notepad and call it main.fwd

In Main.fwd put a email address that you want the dupes to goto.

Try it out first on a dummy account.

To get a copy of what they send is another story and much more
complicated. Look in the ipswitch KB
