I thought that the original intent was to run a webserver and webmail at the
same time.  Is that not true?

Be sure that IIS is NOT installed and configured to start up automatically
on your machine too.

This    info    is    outdated.   Archive   link   from   KB   article
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20020425-DM01.htm (I wrote it) shows
otherwise  for  IIS 5, and likely applies to other webservers on Win2K
as well.
