I assume you're asking about pluto.thnetwork.net.

63.84.175.211 (pluto.thnetwork.net) port 2980 is connecting to your
mailserver 207.190.36.135 (mail.todhunter.com) port 25.

63.84.175.211 (pluto.thnetwork.net) is sending an Extended HELLO claiming to
be pluto.thnetwork.net.

It looks normal except for the frequency of occurrence.  Either
they've got a lot of processes sending you a heck of a lot of mail;
they're trying to DOS you; or they've got problems.
