I second Scott's advise on that, because of IMail's file naming
convention which I see no documentation for. It is pretty easy to figure
out the proper formatting by studying the IMail D, Q, etc. spool files.
But what happens when you output the same filenames as IMail? We thought
about doing the same thing at one time because we never have been
totally pleased with Cold Fusion Mail tags and how mail is handled. We
use CFXMail and CFParam for properly formatted Message ID header output
and send over to our IMail servers.  Check your CF Spool and
Undeliverable folders on a regular basis and then reference in your CF
log files to identify problems so you can tweak if need be. If you do
pursue and get something worked out, let us know as that would be a nice
way to handle a lot of our forms. HTH.
