No, that isn't normal. I would check the IMail SMTP log file to see if
there are any clues in there. You can cross-reference the file with the
log file entries, by searching the log file for the name of the file minus
the first character and extension (IE for "T1234567.SMD", you would search
the log file for "1234567").
