When you combine the IMail architecture with a serious Microsoft flaw with 
an undocumented resource, the system crashes this way.  Ultimately, 
Microsoft could make a very simple change to minimize the problem, or could 
document the resource so that it could be tracked and easy solutions could 
be found.
