why are you charging for incoming bytes? I would say charge them for
outgoing bytes, but not for incoming... it's everyone's policy anyway.

I for example ask my clients to use their own ISP SMTP to send messages, and
as for their incoming bytes I don't really care much, since their traffic is
not that large to really be concerned about it. I have just one ecommerce
site that monthly sends an email to thousands of its mailing list members
and I get over 40,000 bounced messages every time. that is the only client I
charge something for incoming traffic.

btw: I just exceptionally tell my clients to use our smtp -just our frequent
travelers, so they can connect anywhere and send email using our relay-
