I suppose you mean for divergence.ws - since it seems to be at
register.com
divergence.ws. 86400 NS dns27.register.com.
divergence.ws. 86400 NS dns28.register.com.
divergence.ws. 86400 SOA dns27.register.com.
root.register.com.
200009323 ; serial
10800 ; refresh (3 hours)
3600 ; retry (1 hour)
604800 ; expire (7 days)
86400 ; minimum (1 day)
divergence.ws. 86400 MX 10 mail.divergence.ws.
mail.divergence.ws. 86400 A 64.91.119.11
There is nothing wrong with this. I don't know what you mean
about dynamic IP. As long as a mail server can find your MX
record and can connect to it that is okay. If the IP changes and
the DNS is updated that should be okay. If the IP changes and the
DNS is not updated then no one will be able to connect to you.
However, this has nothing to do with your mail server sending
mail.

It appears to me that the mail server is not permitted to relay.
So you need to enable SMTP AUTH on your client and/or put your
connecting IP address in the RELAY FOR ADDRESSES table.
