It's not an IMail issue.  <G>

The MX record for carverpro.com points to your IMail server, but the IP is 
being picked up by something other than IMail (it's responding with "220 
SMTP service ready", and giving responses that IMail doesn't give).

So I think you may have the wrong MX record.
