You run your own DNS, right?

Create a private TLD like dmp.dmp in DNS, with an MX pointing to imail

In Imail, create a mail host dmp.dmp, and under there create the your
internal mailing lists, [EMAIL PROTECTED]

This won't block anybody inside forging a mail from as [EMAIL PROTECTED], but at
least internet won't be able to send forged mail since internet doesn't
know about TLD .dmp.

There are other approaches, but they require a real list server and/or imgate.
