I have a consultation about the performance of IMail.
The following items are system necessary conditions.
1) IMail is used as a relay server of SMTP.
(SMTP only, POP and IMAP aren't used. )
2) The number of message for around one-second : 1.2messages/sec
(A mean in the working hours .)
3) Around one message size : 28KB/sec
4) Mail Server H/W Specs.
CPU : PIII 1.26GHz*2 (dual)
RAM : 1.0GBytes
HDD : 36GB (RAID5)
Question:
Do you think that mail can be delivered by this hardware?
(Enough specifications? Or, shortage?)
