They are broken. The problem is that they do not accept standard SMTP
E-mail. Specifically, they require an TLS (SSL) connection.
RFC2487 section 5 specifies that they MUST NOT refuse your E-mail. They
are refusing it. They are broken.
Note that the host mail.securityfreak.com doesn't exist, so I'm guessing
you replaced the real host name, already knowing that the problem is that
they require SSL connections?
