I am currently using IMail v6.00 and I have users that are unable to save their preferences when checking their email via web messaging. I was wondering, where was this information stored? I have read documentation that states if you use an external database, this information is stored in it. After checking our database I didn't see any information pertaining to preferences in web messaging. I also checked the registry key \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ipswitch\IMail\Domains\*DomainName*. Does anybody have any ideas where this information is stored or how this problem might be resolved?
