The 0x800CCC0F OE Error means that the connection was dropped. The modem was disconnected or network cable was disconnected. If this is a dialup connection then there may be noise on the phone line or you may need updated modem drivers. If this is a LAN to WAN connection then you might have a faulty NIC Card and or Cable. Could also be related to router or firewall problems too.
