Dustin, I actually remember having seen that problem. The way to fix it is by manually editing your domain entries in the registry. You will find both domains are using the same real or virtual address. You will need to delete the unwanted domain. You may need to edit the domain in the IP or virtual address entry.
As I recall this was an occaisional artifact of that version of IAdmin that became apparent when you tried to delete or rename a domain. I don't recall which.
