Hi All 1. Have created a user on my domain and assigned him web access permissions & Made him list server administrator
2. Logged in to the iMail with above user info -- and created a list server. 3. Then clicked on the "Edit" link against the list server name and scrolled down all the way up to "Modify List Users Address List" and added my email address "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" to the list. 4. When i try to send the email or try to execute list commands from my email account -- getting a message "Posting Restricted!" back from list server. 5. When i try to send a subscribe command -- then its accpeting the post from that account which i have subscribed -- but the postings are not accepted from an email account which is added using the imail web interface. I have researched a bit and found a difference between the two email address of users -- one added through web interface and other added through subscribe command in users.lst file. The one added through web interface has < and > appended to the email address for example if [EMAIL PROTECTED] is email address of user then i am seeing <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> in the user list. The one added through List Server Subscribe command does not have any appended chars if users email is [EMAIL PROTECTED] then its showing up as [EMAIL PROTECTED] only. Can any one suggest solution for this problem -- how to avoid the appending of chars < & > to the email address of list server user's who are being added through iMail Web Interface.
