Jeff, To fetch mail from a subfolder using POP3 in OE, create another email account in OE. Make the email account just like the original email account, except for the "Account" field on the Server tab. In the "Account" field, enter username-folder. For example, to fetch mail from the Deleted folder, use "username-Deleted" (without the quotes).
That account will then fetch the mail from the specified folder.
